Happy eclipse portal to you, and happy almost Spring! This is such a potent time, a transitional season for many of us, where change is imminent in all layers of being. Eclipse season allows us to sense where we are growing at an accelerated rate, giving us an opportunity to clear old karmic cycles and step into a more aligned version of self so we can shine more of the light of our soul into the world.
This may be a time of yearning for depth, connection to spirit and loved ones, and coming in closer contact to our inner divinity. Lean into it and focus on what feels important right now. However, this is not a time to manifest or call in anything big. It’s a time to focus on our health and wellbeing as we reflect and create space for changes to occur within and without.

As we move through these transitional times, living true to our being and honoring our soul’s way will be incredibly important for our alignment and wellbeing.
In Human Design, there are five energy types which describe the nature of our aura, the way in which our energy is in collaboration with the universe and our ecosystem. The energy types are the Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, Projector, and the Reflector. Each energy type has its own unique expression and frequency.
Generators are attuned to the flow of life force and integrate it into the world with their receptive and welcoming aura. When they are living authentically, they have consistent energy levels and can continually generate energy for others when they are in alignment. When they are satisfied and following what lights them up, they can move through life with consistency, grace, and ease.
Manifestors are creators, catalysts of change, and naturally strong leaders. They are impeccably resilient individuals that can direct energy in a specific direction to create real impact and change. They have the ability to see a big idea to completion, getting other people on board with them. Manifestors are extremely powerful in their strength to actually do things and make them happen, making life their own and becoming masters in their field.
Manifesting Generators are very quick and powerful people that have a visionary essence, making them capable of creating many valuable manifestations in one lifetime. They can jump between mastery of various things in one lifetime and create a big impact in the world. They forge a new path forward in life and create something that’s never done before. Manifesting Generators inspire others to follow their passions to find their purpose, and to go after the things you want to pursue.
Projectors are very astute people with a specific eye for innovation and success. Projectors are individuals who can pierce through the aura of others and recognize their soul on a deep level. Projectors have a penetrating aura that cultivates a deep recognition and understanding of others. They are able to understand and connect with others in a deep and beautiful way. Projectors are very intelligent and have a way of seeing things that makes them highly individual.
Reflectors amplify, mirror, and reflect the energy around them. They absorb and take in all of the unique expressions of the human experience that they come in contact with. Reflectors have a special gift of being able to mirror back to others the truth of their own essence. They reflect back to others the beauty of their own soul and their highest potential. They show other people who they really are.

Harmonic alignment is the embodiment of our soul level consciousness imprinted into our vibrational field based on our soul’s evolutionary journey. When we live according to our natural energy, we embody more of our divinity, our original essence.

This means sharing your insights when you’re prompted to share with those who recognize your genius and are open to receiving your wisdom.
Make yourself available. Be easy to reach and make sure people know where they can find you. Enter situations that open you up to new connections. Refine your craft. Gather information. Collect data. Hone in on your vision. Trust that your insights and visionary essence will be cherished by those who truly see you and recognize your genius. Recognize yourself first, then allow yourself to be seen.

MANIFESTOR
Utilize your method of informing. This means letting people in by telling them what’s going on in your life, opening yourself up to heartfelt connection, and getting your people on board with your latest endeavor.
Tell your friends what you’re moving towards. Let your family know what your plans are. Share your vision with someone you trust. Ask for support and accountability in executing your vision. Take the time to slow down and do nothing. Allow yourself to relax and just be.

GENERATORS
Utilize your method of responding. This means allowing your gut feeling to guide you to what feels correct in the moment in your body. Your body cues are the compass of your soul led life.
Listen to your body. Stay away from what makes you feel drained and tense. Lean into what makes you feel energized and grounded. Be open to new experiences. Switch up your routine and try something new. Ask your loved ones to prompt simple yes or no questions you can easily respond to rather than open ended questions. Take a day to do what feels most exciting to you in the moment.

MANIFESTING GENERATORS
Utilize your method of responding. This means trusting your gut feelings to guide you to what is correct in the moment in your body intuition. Then, let people in to your world of creativity and brilliant ideas so they can support you.
Listen to your body. Stay away from what makes you feel drained and tense. Lean into what makes you feel energized and soft. Be open to new experiences. Switch up your routine and try something new. Get your thoughts and ideas out on paper and share them with a trusted friend. Talk it out and feel how it lands in your body as you speak about it.

REFLECTORS
Utilize your method of allowing life to show you the way. This means being open to divine guidance, being present in each moment so that you can pick up on the signals the universe is trying to show you, guiding you essence to your highest joy.
Honor your body’s unique needs and move at your own pace. Take time with yourself to reflect, meditate, journal, and clear your energy. Honor your desire for solitude. Pay attention to your inner cycles and the phases of the moon. Ground into natural bodies of water and connect to the elements.
