Dear one,
Happy Full Blood Moon eclipse in Virgo, a time for reverent body care and ritual for reflection and healing on a physiological level. As we journey through the end of this electric eclipse season, there is a culmination point of heart awareness and clarity rising to the surface. We are awakening to a pure layer of our being as we cultivate and refine our energy, coming into coherence with our hearts. We are sharpening our focus and there is no room for distraction.
Situations, relationships, complexities, things that are no longer in resonance are falling away at rapid speed as we have lessening capacity for any and all untruths, knots that are being untangled by way of our brightening. It’s important we let ourselves stand still from time to time and feel the changes occurring.
We are officially in the energetic new year. How is it moving through you?
During this potency and acceleration, we must be willing to love ourselves in our entirety as we are here, today, in this moment, so that we may emanate our light brighter, higher, deeper, wider into the webs of our lives. It is essential. There is no hiding from our Highest Vibrational Truth. Clarity comes when we are ready for truth. The more we resist the truth the further away from clarity we are.

Through breathwork therapy, traditional Japanese Reiki hands on healing, meditation, energy work, herbal medicine, flower remedies, and attuned guidance, we’ll gently nurture your inner system, release stagnation, dissolve density, awaken inner wisdom, and create space for what’s ready to rise, release, or be reclaimed.
Remote Healing Session: A meditation and breathwork journey to support your highest intentions, woven through subtle yet profound Reiki transmissions.
Integrative Reiki Healing Session: Hands on healing to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, woven with Reiki touch, abdominal unwinding, somatic bodywork, flower essences, tea ritual, and healing breathwork therapies.

INTUITIVE ENERGY READINGS
If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ll remember that I’ve offered energy readings through the lens of Human Design and Gene Keys. My way of working with these systems has shifted after hundreds of readings and the experience of supporting clients and myself through these initiations. I no longer teach the Human Design energy type, authority, strategy, or signature themes. What I care about is the way the culmination of insights gathered from the energy centers, channels, and celestial nodes & gates threaded together with care can help us to look into the spiritual mirror and explore your patterns, habits, and limitless potential.
An intuitive energy reading is a meeting of our higher selves.

MENTORSHIP: GRACE SESSIONS
Grace Sessions are a healing space to connect to your inner knowing and attune to your true way. In these psycho-spiritual mentorship and wellness consultations, we integrate healing practices, reflect on your evolutionary path, and weave loving intention into all areas of your life. You will leave the session with a clear steps forward, a wellness protocol, clarified vision, and graceful momentum. Grace Sessions are rooted in Erla’s training in Holistic Psychology, Herbalism, soul energetics, and the holistic integrative healing arts.
Themes may include: Wellness deep dive, career building, natural energy, elemental rhythms, intuition, nutrition and ancestral nourishment, herbal guidance and personalized formulations, health and vitality, skin and radiance, digestive vitality, detox protocol, healing exhaustion, health coaching, Reiki or healing arts mentorship.

I am in awe of the special container we have cultivated with our weekly rituals and monthly healing circle. I’m humbled by the beauty of each soul involved and am in love with our community. We are held and uplifted through the collective field of our contribution and presence.
