Happy March, Pisces season (one of my favorites!), Venus retrograde, and almost eclipse season! What a time to be us. I’m honestly excited to have the space to connect with the heart and listen. Listen to messages that want to come through, honor my need for calmness, and attune more intentionally to the loving connections in my life. How are you feeling? What’s been coming up for you?
I’ve been in a space of learning, studying, and deepening into my studies — again! I’ve created a little curriculum for myself for the next few months to deepen into the soul level healing arts, Reiki, and the energy centers of the body. I’ve also been doing as much yoga and meditation as I desire, which has been so beautiful. To really allow myself that space to unwind and soften into the body further and further. As Richard Rudd founder of the Gene Keys has said, we are in a time of going down and in, rather than up and out when it comes to our healing and consciousness evolution. Practices that fortify our connection with our hara, our lower dantien, our earthly body support us to anchor the shifts in frequency occurring on the cosmic level. It is a time to be IN our bodies, not trying to ascend past it or exit our pure crystalline consciousness.
Today I want to share a bit about the journey of the soul and it’s perfection. Through the lens of Human Design and Gene Keys, we are all naturally imprinted with certain frequencies to embody and emanate into our lives. This is the light of our soul, our direct line to our creator. Our souls come into the world naturally wise, with specific energies that activate throughout our spiritual journey as our lives unfold.
The path of remembering our true essence is about stepping into the energy our soul came here to embody and share. This is taking responsibility for our spiritual growth. This is alignment. This is true soul level vibrational healing.
Coming home to ourselves. Trusting the wisdom of our soul intuition. Honoring the intelligence of the body. Connecting with our divinity every day. Remembering where we come from. Witnessing the light of others and celebrating the beauty. Being of service through the light we emanate. Devotion to creation, beauty, connection.
Each soul chose to be here on Earth with a sacred mission, intentional purpose, lessons to learn, and a divine spark of light to offer. Our soul comes into this body with an innate intelligence, energetic frequency from its pure crystal of consciousness. Our soul chose this body, family, ecosystem to fulfill a specific life mission in this incarnation. Our highest fulfillment opens to us when we see our true light, trust our inner knowing, and step into our highest vibrational purpose.
Human Design is a map that shows us the energy we embody, how to move through life allowing our soul to lead, trusting our intuition. Our soul map consists of two sides, our Personality and our Design. Our Personality consciousness comes from the soul, past lives, karma, the energy the soul has known for a long time and is continuing to experience this time around. Our Design consciousness comes from our DNA, the physical body, our ancestors, lineage, the land.
The soul enters the matrix of our body, unfolding and evolving through life with the imprint of the innate wisdom embedded within its energetic frequency and cellular structure. As we live true to our unique way, our energetic design, we come in contact with the eternal light of our being and remember our divinity. Healing occurs when we remember our divinity. The path of healing is not just about doing intense heavy inner work through therapy and journaling, but also through moments of stillness, meditation, deep listening, and immersing ourselves in the beauty of every day moments. We can shift our focus to the moments where we feel whole in our being, rooted with the Earth, and connected to oneness.
Ideally we are creating more space for these expanding moments to take place and unfold the true essence of our beings in pure experience. Ideally we are creating more space for ourselves to land in our innate divinity and connect with our light. As we come to know our true essence and soften into our natural energy, we emanate our light into the web of our lives with beauty, grace, and reverence.
When we trust and honor our intuition, our soul co creates a realm beyond our biggest dreams. We open up not only to better health, contribution to the collective, prosperity from that space of service, feeling connected to our natural source of energy but also deep spiritual expansion into vastness, akasha, as we allow our soul to lead us through the precious richness of lived experience.
The placement of the Sun and Earth in our Human Design chart forms the Incarnation Cross, also known as our Gene Keys. These states of awareness reveal our highest soul expression, the energy we incarnated here to embody and share.
These realms of consciousness are gifts we carry with us, vibrational fields of potential we step into to be of soul service. Sun and Earth placements show us the work we came here to do, the lessons we are evolving through, the light we emanate, and our deepest fulfillment. Through our Sun and Earth gifts, we recognize our innate soul purpose which is the imprint we leave in the web of life by following our true way, leading with our embodied intuition and natural intelligence.
A human incarnation occurs as a specific manifestation of the perfect blueprint of the soul. In Human Design readings, we explore the depths of your soul level life path, your true way. A reading is a meeting of our higher selves, a space for your soul to be seen and heard. Human Design shows us where we have the power to transform energy, where we have the potential to grow and evolve.

I’m in the process of expanding into group healing work, both in person in Iceland and virtually for those of you perhaps in other parts of the world. I am so looking forward to connecting collectively on a regular basis in the spirit of our original essence, the spirit of Reiki, and earth connection. There will be Gene Keys and Human Design insights and teachings, Reiki healing meditation, heart led group discussions for soul reflection, and of course herbal integration.
