Hi beautiful one,

We are in the depths of autumn, moving through this season of change and transformation on all levels. It seems as though everyone I come in contact with is shedding dense layers of subconscious programming and cleansing old energy out of their lives. This is something to celebrate. We have come so far, and I’m proud of us.

Have you been feeling the changes, the purification?

For the last two months I’ve been in a season of initiation, expansion, and deep healing immersing in the realm of the ancient Japanese healing arts with my teacher in sisterhood with beautiful women from all over the world. I traveled from Iceland to Massachusetts to Ojai and Malibu, California to Massachusetts and back to Iceland again, settling in as I integrate the changes and open new sacred space.

I’m arriving to what feels like a homecoming on all fronts, stepping into the soul service my essence has been returning to for many lifetimes, arriving yet again to this role of spiritual healing and guidance. My fascination with the subtle body, the aura, and the journey of the soul is unwavering. Since the beginning of my spiritual healing, I’ve devoted my path to contemplating and sharing the wisdom of our intuition and natural energy. I have been weaving my clinical herbalism and Holistic Psychology background with Human Design, which examines the natural flow of our energy and the mechanics of our intuition. Human Design is a mystical yet practical tool for making high self worth decisions and truly knowing oneself on an energetic level for true vitality. It is a mirror that shows us who we are on a soul level and what we came here to master in this life. I am so excited to continue to do this work, whilst deepening into sacred space holding through the healing arts.

As an integrative healing arts practitioner, any session you may experience with me is a space to connect to the elements of your natural energy and soul essence, a space to heal, grow, witness your grace, be seen and heard, merging deeper with the heart of your inner nature, vibrational alchemy to remember the true resonance of your soul, your evolutionary path, and where you came from.

In my devotion to the healing arts, I am certified as a master level practitioner of traditional Japanese Reiki. Reiki means spiritual life force energy. Rei means spiritually guided, soul essence, universal intelligence. Ki means energy, chi, life force, vital substance. Rei-Ki quite literally means intelligent universal life force energy, soul chi, spiritual life force energy, universally conscious prana. It’s the energetic resonance of the soul, the frequency of creation, birth, death, and rebirth. The intelligent frequency of Reiki facilitates life, growth, change, healing, and evolution.

The practice of Reiki is rooted in meditation, breath, palm healing, energetics, and the Zen Buddhist mystical teachings. Reiki teaches the art of deep presence, soul reverence, loving awareness, compassion, non duality, and universal love. Reiki teaches us the interconnectedness of life, the fabric of existence that sustains all beings, a vibrational remembrance of your true cosmic nature. Reiki is a devotional spiritual practice for the practitioner and a channeled offering of meditative vibrational healing for the person receiving the treatment.

Reiki healing is very relaxing and can be deeply restorative for the nervous system and emotional body, harmonize stress levels, improve sleep, ease pain and tension in the body, heighten spiritual creative energy, remove energetic blockages, purify the three major energy centers of the subtle body, and enhance intuition. I am so enamored with this practice and am deeply honored to share it with you. As I continue create sacred space for healing, evolution, and soul integration, I will be weaving Human Design & Holistic Psychology with folk herbalism & Reiki healing practiced according to the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage.

We all know sacredness when we feel it. It’s a remembrance of our natural state of pure presence and loving compassion with reverence for the depth of life, the mysteries, and beauty of the natural flow of energy. Hold onto your sacredness, cherish it, feed it, nourish the sacred every day through ritual, prayer, loving awareness, and remember your divinity in every realm of your life. It is your birthright, and simply put, it deeply matters. My prayer is we all allow the sacred to soften and open our hearts to more love & connection.
